Naum Aleksander Bialer was born in Warszawa, Poland in 1925 to Yehuda and Miriam. He was a high school student and single. Prior to WWII he lived in Lowicz, Poland. During the war he was in Warsaw, Poland.

Naum Aleksander was murdered in the Shoah (according to this source).
