Alice Irene Chapin-Kendle

Alice was the registered nurse at the first-aid station at the Northwestern Mich. Fair for many years and previously been a nurse at Boardman Valley Hospital (county hospital).
She married Rich Chapin Nov.10,1932 at Elkhart,IN (Grand Traverse County record) and had two children.
After Rich's passing, she married Earl Kendle in 1970.Earl died in 1976 in Sarasota,Florida.
Alice would come to Traverse City every summer to visit my grandmother and mother until 1987 when Alice was no longer able to travel.
Alice and my grandfather were born in same county,family friends a long time ago.
