About Alice Widworthy
Per several correlated sources, she must BE Alice Widworthy, which means that Sir Hugh Widworthy must have married a sister of Sir John de Reigny..
Alice de Reigny married Sir William le Prouz, Knt., of Orton [this is William the ELDER], son of William le Prouz Knt., Sheriff of Devon, and Alice FERRERS, before 1275. Alice was coheir, with her three [sisters?], to her nephew[?] Sir William de Reigny in 1275. She was recorded as living in 1318. [This is apparently less than accurate, as "Reigny" seems to have been the name of her maternal grandfather. http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Unknown-329001]
