About Alma A Beauchamp

Alma's brother, Jacob Ritter Jr. went to Montana. Then Alma went from Michigan to visit him. She wrote to Warren Beauchamp and told him about jobs available in Montana. Warren then went to Montana in 1914 and got a job at a general merchandise store, while living in an all-men rooming house. Then Alma and Warren got married, in May 1916. In 1918 Alma tragically died of kidney disease. Warren returned to Michigan and enlisted in the Army, although he was stationed in Michigan and saw no action.
