Alma Mae Kimball

Alma Mae Riggs is the daughter of Rachel Isabelle Bruce and William Riggs. She married Frank J Kimball September 29, 1910 at Multanomah, Oregon after her sister of Zella Elizabeth Riggs died in January 1910. After Frank retired they moved from Tacoma, Washington to Redlands, California. They came back to Tacoma in 1933.
