Survived by his wife; one daughter - Mrs. Elizabeth Adams; one son - Jack McWhorter; four sisters - Mrs. Alta Drum, Mrs. Bertie Newsome, Mrs. Georgie Owens, Mrs. Oleta Reeves; three brothers - Perry McWhorter, Jesse McWhorter, Orval McWhorter.
