Andrea Paula Joan Stevens (Schlesinger)

When Andrea Schlesinger first arrived in Canada she spoke Hungarian, German and French but not very much English. So when the Canadian immigration officer returned her passport to her she said "thank you" and he said "you're welcome." My grandmother told me that it was then she knew that she would love Canada because even the immigration officer was welcoming her to her new country. :)
