Andrew Jackson McKown

Andrew Jackson McKown, known as A.J., was born in Ohio and lived there his entire life and died at 77 years of age. His profession was a barber. His grandfather was Samuel B. McKown and great-grandfather, who fought in the Revolutionary, was James McKown (www.usgwarchives.org/oh/ohfiles.htm). A.J. served with the Fourth Regiment of the Ohio Volunteer Infantry in the American Spanish War. He was married four times, his first wife Goldie McClellan passed away from TB in 1905, and had only one son, Arthur Miles.
