About Anna Anna Lengyel

My mother Anna A Kusnyer was born in the USA in March 1907, reared in Austria-Hungary, returned to USA at age 17. She went back to Hungary (after WW1) for a visit and fell in love and married my father Michael George Lengyel (born Aug 1907. died Aug 1981). Their wedding celebration lasted 3 days and shortly after that she retuned to the USA without my father. She had to prove that she could provide for an immigrant just as she had previously done for her brother, Charles before my father could enter this country legally. They were married in Hungary on Jan 19, 1930. (written by Elizabeth)
