Biography Anna (Annetjie) was born in November 1959.Annetjie is still living. She is the Biological Daughter of "Abie" Marais whom drowned at sea +- 1961 as he was a commercial fisherman. He was not married to her mother (Poppie Coetzee) and therefore, she was not registered at birth as a "Marais". She was registered as her Mother's first husband's surname Blignault, although he was not her Biological Father. She was HOWEVER legally adopted in 1970 by her stepfather "Thys" Coetzee.
