Antonio A. Bett BETTENCOURT was born in Sep 1861 in St. George, Azores Island. He was a Priest and a Whaler in 1900 who adopted Eskimo Children He immigrated in 1877 from St George Azores Island and he moved to Tigerah (Pt Hope) July 1888

1910 - Barrow Village filed under Noatak Kobuk, Division 4, Alaska under the name Antone A Bett age 48 a widow with children/grandchildren

1920 - moved to Lowell Ward 4, Middlesex, Massachusetts age 57 under the name Antonio Bettencourt living with his sister Virginia Parents: BETTENCOURT.
