Fourth child of Burton Norvell Harrison and Constance Cary Harrison. Married Helen Bates Walley, 18 June 1904, Boston, Massachusetts. One known daughter, Mary. Died 7:35 a.m. at The Park Lane Hotel, 109 Piccadilly, London of a ruptured ventricle of the heart - coronary thrombosis, natural. An inquest held April 13, 1928. Body was cremated at Golder's Green, April 13th and the ashes dispersed in the "Garden of Rest" at Golder's Green. Francis Burton Harrison, brother, was the person responsible for the custody of his effects.

Engaged in banking with the firm of Harvey Fiske & Son, New York City, 1898-1899; in office of William Salomon, chairman of Baltimore & Ohio Railroad Reorganization Committee in New York, 1899-1904; Treasurer of Empire Trust Company of New York, 1905-1910; since then spent the greater part of the time abroad; lived in Norfolk, England, 1922-1925; then in Kildary, Scotland; shot big game in Indo- China in 1917 and in Africa, 1919-1920; in 1918 served as assistant to the managing director for the Philippines for the Alien Property Custodian.
