Arthur P. Libman, at 81; was glazier Arthur P. Libman of Chelsea, a glazier, died Dec. 20 of cancer at Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers. He was 81. Mr. Libman was born in Boston and grew up in Chelsea. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.He married Cynthia Madow, whom he had known since childhood; she died in 1989.In 1958, Mr. Libman founded Alliance Glass Corp. in Dorchester. His son, Stephen of Lynnfield, and late grandson Todd joined him in the business.
