Married: Jane Burgess September 4, 1864, Dalton, Kane County, Utah (daughter of Thomas Burgess and Elizabeth Isaacs, pioneers Nelson Empey company). She was born September 22, 1848.

Ernest Burgress born July 18, 1867, married Susie Alldredge;
Martha Lizette born August 7, 1869, married William Alldredge;
Nellie Jane born December 6, 1871, married Nathan Badger;

Charles born May 17, 1877, married Alba Whitehead;
Clara Elizabeth born March 24, 1880, married Arthur Talbot;
Emma Naomi born September 18, 1883, married Joseph E. Spendlove.
