GRANDFATHER HENRY G. GREENHOE WAS THE SON OF GEORGE GREENHOE AND MARY CLAY. HENRY WAS A PRIVATE IN THE 128TH OHIO INFANTRY, COMPANY 'F' FROM 15 DEC 1863 TO 13 JUL 1865.

Frank W. Greenhoe, 66, Ionia township, died late Friday afternoon following an illness of the past two years. He was born in Ohio, January 12, 1868, and came to Michigan with his parents when still a small boy. He was married to Miss Fannie Mitchell of Sheridan in 1907, going to Battle Creek to live and for the past 14 years they have resided on a farm in Ionia township.
He leaves the widow, three daughters, Mrs. Paul Thompson of Portland; Mrs. Elmer Whittenbauch of Lowell, and Mrs. Lester Benjamin, of Saranac; two sisters, Mrs. Orman Hoyt, and Mrs. Harvey Miller of Sheridan; a brother, John Greenhoe of Vickoryville, and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held from the Bradley funeral home Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock with Rev. Lint officiating. Interment will be at the family lot at Tuttle cemetery.
