Appeared in person Chendel INGSTER, merchant, 28 years old,residing in Będzin, and in the presence of the Moszek FERSZT, age 65, and Lajzor SZAJER,age 56, both musicians, residing in Będzin, he presented to us a male child stating that this child was born in the city of Będzin on on 11/23 March of the current year at 5 o'clock in the morning to his lawful wife Brucha,née Chorch, 30 years old.At the religious ceremony performed on this day this child was given the names Beniamin Icek.This act was read aloud to the declarant and witnesses, and then signed by us and them.
