Benjamin was the brother of John Proctor II and son of John Proctor Sr. and Martha Harper.
"The following is a partial sketch of his WILL, which was probated Feb. 19, 1699-1700:
" I give and bequeath to my son, THOMAS HART, three acres of land, &c. I give to my son JOHN HART, four acres &c. I give to my son, SAMUEL, four acres, &c. I give to my son ADAM, four acres &c. and I give to my two daughters, Elizabeth Winborn, and Deborah Proctor, twelve pound each at my death, and I appoint my son, THOMAS HART, Executor of this my last will and testament, date Feb. 6, 1699.
