Louth, 1828, b. 25th March, 1797, m. 3rd July, 1818, Anne, third daughter of Lieutenant-Colonel Patrick Duff Tytler, by Isabella Erskine his wife, daughter of the Hon. James Erskine, of Alva, senator of the College of Justice, and by her had issue:

Berkeley Buckingham Stafford d. August, 1847, and was s. by his eldest son, Sir Edward William Staffoed, GCMG, now of Landsdowne.
