Bernice Iola Lisle

WOOSTER – Bernice Iola Lisle, 90, of Wooster passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2019, at the Wayne Co. Care Center.

She was born July 16, 1928, in Holmes County, the daughter of Harry J. and Zelpha Etzweiler Sigler. Bernice retired from Rubbermaid after over 30 years and had previously worked at the Hawkins Cafeteria. She was a member of the Northview Alliance Church. Bernice loved spending time with her family and caring for her dog Ogee.

Surviving is a son Stanley Sigler of Wooster; grandchildren, Matthew (Joanie) Sigler of West Salem and Jaime (Bridget) Sigler of Wooster; great-grandchildren, Trent, and Hayden Sigler and Harper Sigler and a great-granddaughter on the way; siblings, Opal Croskey of Shreve, Bess Yacapraro of W. Lafayette and Helen (Gary) Weltmer of Fredericksburg.

She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband, Lewis J. Noletti on October 20, 1993, whom she married October 14, 1977, her second husband, Wayne Lisle in 2012 whom she married in May of 1996 and her siblings, Robert, Roy, Clifford, Howard, Kenneth, Lemoine and Donald Sigler and Margaret Ann Sigler.

Friends will be received 1 hour prior to the 11:00 a.m. service on Saturday, March 9, 2019, at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster with Rev.
