I sincerely doubt that Nancy Chandler was the mother of Brice Burns. Brice was born around 1780, fifteen years before the marriage of William Burns and Nancy Chandler. It seems evident that William Burns was married previously to the marriage with Nancy. It really is of no matter if William was married, the point being that it is very unlikely that Nancy Chandler was the mother of Brice Burns or the two additional children born before 1795, the year of marriage for William and Nancy.
