Born 1841. He lived in Boston, Erie County, N.Y.  He was a man of prominence, and was twice elected to the county office of Justice of the Sessions.  Married 1st, March 30, 1859, Marion S. Glazier; she died Sept. 22, 18G4.  Married 2d, Oct. 25, 18G6, Olive A. Smith.
