About Capitán Andrés González de Esquivel
Andres Gonzalez was Alferez Mayor del Nuevo Reino de Leon (Alferez meant Chief Ensign of the Kingdom).
He was Municipal president of Monterrey on three different occasions.Aparently each term was of one year duration.
He served in 1684 and again in 1685, 1690 and 1992.
