I John Rector Senr. of the County of Greene and State of Tennessee, do make and publish this as my last Will and Testament, Hereby revoking and making void all other Wills by me at any tie made.

First I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any money that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executor.

Secondly To each of my children by first marriage I give and bequeath the Some of one dollar namely Nelly Irving, Deborah Whillock, Nancy Hults, Rachel Howard, Elizabeth Dunlap, Sarah Guinn, Mary Kibler and Enoch Rector.

Thirdly to my Son John Rector and his heirs forever I will and devise the tract of land he now lives on containing fifty acres more or less.

Fourthly To my two Sons George Rector and Franklin Rector and their Heirs forever to be divided equally I give and devise the tract of land or place I now live.

Fifthly I also give and bequeath to my Son George Rector my Brown mare, one beadstead bed and furniture and Six chairs.

Sixthly I give and bequeath to my daughter Jane Rector one bedstead good bed and furniture all my cupboard or Table ware one pot one oven one Skillet and one pare of pot hooks One Bureau and one half round Table.

Seventhly I also give to my daughter Jane Rector one Bay filly two years old this Spring.

Eighthly I direct that my Executor Sell at public Sale on twelve months credit all my Stock and property of every description not above named and when the money is collected, to pay it over to my daughters by my last marriage, to wit, Susan Dearstone, Harriet Peters, Mariah Roberts, Rebecca Peters and Jane Rector, equally, and the debts and accounts due me I wish collected without delay and the same paid over to my last named Daughters Susan, Harriet, Maria, Rebecca and Jane, equally.

Ninthly I give and bequeath to my three Sons John Rector, George Rector and Franklin Rector One hundred dollars each out of the money that is now in the hands of George Jones and the balance if any to be equally divided between my daughters Susan, Harriet, Maria, Rebecca and Jane.

Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint John Davis my Executor.

the said MILLIKEN hath given into the hands of the said RECTOR on a commifsion fore defrent surveys off land; containg in the whole 330.00 acres.

Lying in the cty of Wafhington and Green on the WATERS OF CHUCKEY RIVER. -

the sd MILLIKEN gives the said RECTOR half the sum the land or lands may be sold for by the sd RECTOR. The said MILLIKEN is to be at half The expence that may arise in the time of negotiating the sales of said land or lands. The said RECTOR is to be on oath off requested what the espencies amts to.--

the said RECTOR is to Deliver what ever the land or lands be sold for or one half that To the said MILLIKEN in some village or villages in the state of Tennefee--
