Carl W. Pitchlynn Jr., 51, of Dewey, OK died June 24, 1998 at Muskogee, OK. Mr. Pitchlynn was born April 7, 1947 in McAlester, OK to Carl William and Lonita F. (Arpelar) Pitchlynn. Mr. Pitchlynn was of the Choctaw and Chickasaw Heritage. His great-great-great-grandfather was a Choctaw Chief Peter Pitchlynn. He is survived by his wife, Paula Kay Pitchlynn, his mother, Lonita "Pokey" Pitchlynn; a step daughter, Mindy Kay Dolman, a step son, Jon Dolman; a brother, Mike Pitchlynn; a sister, and Rita Zeller.
