Carolyn H. Williams, 83, of White Oak passed away Wednesday December 19, 2018 at Mary Washington Hospital. Mrs. Williams was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church. Survivors include her son, Bob (Susie) of White Oak; siblings Glenroy Hall, Barbara Hatchel, and Michael Hall (Virginia) all of Spotsylvania; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Williams; son Hank R. Williams; parents Charles and Virgie Hall; and siblings Isabelle Campbell, Everett Hall, Irene Cooper, Floriene Sorrell, Franklin Hall, Nellie “Kitty” Wheeler, Roderick Hall and Horace Lee Hall. A service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, December 27 at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel. The family will receive friends an hour prior at the funeral home.
