Catherine M. Ellsworth

Catherine McGillvra was born in Coyote (now Antimony), Garfield, Utah, USA. She married Carl Ellsworth 20 October 1910. They had children: Mazel Carl, Lorna, Nolan, Loran, Cleo, Lavon, Mary Joe, and Shirley Mae Ellsworth. The first child Mazel only lived to 17 years old. He died of Typhoid Fever. Four days later, Catherine died of the same disease at the age of 34, leaving 5 young children and her husband Carl living. Another child, Loran Ellsworth, died at the age of just 4 months and 24 days old due to intestinal complications following measles which he had for 6 days.
