Franklin and Mary his wife, reside out of this state? they appear and object to the sale or division of the Real Estate of Mrs. Catharine Gartman, deceased, consisting of 130 acres in said District on Saluda River adjoining lands of George Gartman, Frederick Gartman and others? A. H. Fort, Ordinary L. D. Nov. 23, 1849. Likewise, the above named absent Heirs are hereby informed that their Distribution Share of the Personal Estate of the above named deceased is ready, and they are requested to call or send the proper receiver of their respective shares from Frederick Gartman, Adm'r.
