Mrs. Jacob, aged 78 years, (Hagalbarger) Hagerbarger died Wed. afternoon, last, ast the family residence in this township. Her death was not unexpected. Her husband had preceded her to the silent tombthirteen years previous. Her remains were interred in the beautiful Disciple Cemetery near Tiverton Centre last Friday. Rev. Lewis G. Walker conducted the funeral services. Her whole life was one of Christian consistency; and of her it may be truly said: "None knew her but to love her; None named her but to praise." -- The Democratic Standard, March 17, 1883
