2 Registrations changing name from Talbot to Sellars. It is my understanding Florence was encouraged to do this, by who and why remains unclear. My Thoughts on possibilities:
Had the Authorities noted her history and/or were questions being asked? Is this a result of an investigation into her background after the alleged incident of multiple child deaths who were in her care??? Derek has some background info on this so touch base with him.
