Hana Grundman nee Monat was born in Lodz, Poland in 1889 to Leib and Udel. She was married to Moshe. Prior to WWII she lived in Bendzin, Poland. During the war she was in Bendzin, Poland.

Hana was murdered in the Shoah (according to this source).
