She has a sister, Martha Bullen Lindsey, buried, in an-unmarked grave, (rocks) just north of the rock enclosed graves.. She was married to William Carroll Lindsey. Possible that W. C. is also buried by her.

Charity's father fought in the War of 1812. He also fought in the Battle of New Orleans in 1858. He served in Captain William Smith's Company 13th. Regiment.
