Charles Fisher, a son of George and Elizabeth (Conrad) Fisher, was born in Pendleton County VA August 25, 1770.

He married Eunice Stratton, before 1789. Eunice, a daughter of Seriajah and Catherine Stratton, was born in Pendleton County VA (WV) November 11, 1771 and died in Lewis County VA (WV) August 7, 1862.
