A press telegram gives the following facts concerning the suicide:
Chicago, IL, Nov 14 - For reasons not yet explained, Charles Bachrach, 3369 Prairie avenue, an old resident of Chicago, shot himself today on the seventeenth floor of the Monadnock building. He was found in a lavatory by James Hawley, an elevator man at the building whose attention had been called by the report of a revolver shot.
Mr. Bachrach at one time owned a number of clothing stores in different parts of Illinois, Ohio and Missouri. In 1897, he was forced to make an assignment and he is said to have been despondent since that time.
