Both Charles and Robert were minors as of the will of Robert Morton II in 1424, as can be seen from the will. Oska died prior to 1400. Robert II married Katherine Frost in 1411 or 1412. Thus, Charles can have been born no earlier than 1412 and Robert no earlier than 1413. The statement on this profile that it's impossible to know which one was their mother is just plain wrong. Both of the brothers succeeded their father in turn, as Charles never married. Charles was still lord of Harworth at least as late as 1457 when he was reprimanded for refusing knighthood for the second time. This Robert III must be the Robert lord of Harworth who married Cecily Kniveton, as there is no space for another generation between them.
