Farmer,Dairy Cattle then worked at John Brown's Engineering & Shipyard Hexham NSW Lived in house, at " Motto Farm " Raymond Terrace, called " Strength " after a racehorse that won the 1931 Newcastle Cup. Constructed in 1931 by the Giggins family from materials of John Brown's racecourse buildings. The house was used for a while as an office for a Boat sales yard, has since been demolished for other factory buildings.
