About Charles Verry
GEDCOM Note
From the evidence of Dr. Oldham it appears that the body must have been three or four days in the river. There were no marks of violence to be discovered, and the verdict returned was that the deceased died by drowning. He had been under treatment for disease of the brain for nine or ten months previously. It is supposed that the deceased wandered into the water and having fallen was unable to recover himself.
