Monday morning June 19, 1837, the Court met pursuant to a document made present the same as on Saturday last.

Ordered by the Court that Catherine Halderman and James Mumford be appointed Administratrix and administrator of the estate of Christian Halderman, deceased Upon that entering into Bond Conditioned as the law directs with in the sum of twenty-five hundred dollars with Samuel Bryant and Washington Strong who are approved for bail; and it is further ordered that George H. Bale, Isaac Holly and Archibald Gumbee appraise the personal estate of said deceased. And there fore the said Catherine Halderman and James Mumford appeared in open Court and was duly sworn equably to law.
