This may be the Christian who arrived in Dansville, NY in 1796 with 3 sons (probably Isaac, Jacob, and Peter). The will mentions Peter, Isaac, Elizabeth and an Olive (same as Elcey?). There is an "S.C. Vandeventer" shown on a map of Tuscarora, Livingston Co (1902) who may be a descendant. Need to do complete workup of all western NY VanDeventers and how they may be related (to present day).
