Christine Virginia Taylor married Dr. William Earl Bloomer on December 20, 1943 in Albemarle County, Virginia. He preceded her in death. They were blessed with other birth of their children Robert Bloomer, William Bloomer and Betty Bloomer.

She was a registered nurse and a member of Calvary Episcopal Church.
