About Clara Belle Stockman
Frederick News-Post (Frederick, Maryland) September 18, 1959 Mrs. Clara Belle Stockman, widow of David R. Stockman, died at her home, Jefferson, Wednesday night at 10:45 o'clock after an illness of 6 weeks, aged 88 years. She was a daughter of the late Joseph E. and Mahala Catherine Stine Zimmerman and was a member of Mount Zion Evangelical Lutheran church. Surviving her are nine children, Mrs. Mabel Stang, Washington; Mrs. James V. Shaff, Mrs. Paul Young, both of Feagaville; Mrs. Charlotte Droneburg, Mrs. Oscar Smith, Miss Pearl Stockman, Mrs. James Ingram, Winton L. Stockman and Charles J. Stockman, all of Jefferson. Seventeen grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren also survive. The body is at the funeral home, 106 East Church street where friends may call. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home, Saturday at two o'clock. Her pastor, Rev. Eugene W. Young will officiate. Interment in St. Luke's cemetery, Feagaville. M. R. Etchison and Son, funeral directors.
