Abraham Drake was a member of the Provincial Congress, served in the French and Indian War, Lt. Col in the Revolutionary War, and after the Battle of Lexington he was stationed at Winter Hill. Marched with his regiment to Saratoga. Was present at the surrender of Gen. Burgoyne. Later served on Gen. Washington's staff. Stone was erreced by G.S. Drake, 1907.
