Her Father's Testament Dative

On 2 July 1638 the Testament Dative of the deceased Gilbert Mudie in Gilsland was given up by his widow, Geillis Sutherland, in name and behalf of their five children, Henrie Mudie, Andro Mudie, Issobel Mudie, Cristane Mudie, and Helen Mudie.
