About D. Peter Anspach
Peter Anspach, son of Christian and Christina Anspach, was born in Perry County Ohio on the 14th day of April, in the year of our Lord, 1809. He was 72 years and 6 months old. About 30 years ago he moved to Hardin County, and settled in Marion township, 3 miles south of Ada.
He was a good citizen, whose disposition, to live at peace with everybody, was proverbial among those who knew him. He died in the Christian faith, being from early youth up to the time of his death, a faithful member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church. He leaves to mourn his death a faithful wife, four sons and three daughters, and also four brothers and three sisters.
