Eccleston, of Eccleston, co. Lancaster, and dau. of Richard Wallop, of Bugbrooke, co. Northampton, and had issue by his first wife:

• 1a. Elizabeth Fynes (dspm. 1665), mar. Sir Michael Livesey, 1st Bt., the regicide, and had issue

Denounced as a regicide at the Restoration, Michael Livesey and his wife fled to the Low Countries. Sir Michael died in 1663, and Dame Elizabeth Livesey, daughter of Sir Henry Fynes (1587–1641), died without issue in 1666.
