Son of Gerhand Etter born 27 Jan 1717/18 in Bern, Switzerland, died 26 April 1783 in Lancaster Co. Pa. and Catherine Banga born 26 Oct 1717 in Bern, Switzerland and died 20 Apr 1788 in Lancaster County. Daniel served as a Fife and Drummer during the Revolutionary War.
