Daniel is the son of Henry E Hedrick and Margaret Kulp. He is a brother to Harriet, Henry, Ellen, Wilson and Alice Hedrick. (Note: sisters Sara Kulp and Mary Trumbore already deceased when obit was written)
Daniel married Emma M Alderfer in 1894. They are the parents of Alice May Hedrick Haverstick, Bessie Belle and Dewey A Hedrick. Emma died in April 1904. In 1905 he married widow Anna Reis who had three children. They lived in Canada. It appears they separated or divorced.
His daughter, Bessie Belle, died in 1915 at age 18.
Daniel next married Agnes Ford Kidd Andersen in 1931 in MT. She had been previously married and had a son.
Daniel came to the hospital from Hill County where he farmed. Daniel was hospitalized 2 mo 26 days and died of General Paralysis of the Insane (advanced syphilis).
