Henry Darnall, Gent, CC Prosecutor for the Proprietary, says that he understands that Daniel Noland, late of CC, planter, was and is guilty of a breach of the peace, and he prays the advice of this Court in the premises. Sd Daniel, in custody of the Sheriff, Richard Tarvin, Gent, to the bar here brought, comes and confesses that he is guilty. Ordered that sd Daniel be fined 20 shillings, upon which, into Court here in his proper person, came Alex'r Macpherson of CC, planter, and became Pledge and Security for the afd Daniel to pay the fine afd and the Court fees.
