The Daniel Severns of Bucks County, PA, married 1st Elizabeth LaRue aka Rue in 1769. They had only two children,

1.Lewis Rue Severns b. 1773 2. Daniel Severns, 3rd, born before 1776.

Daniel Severns married 2nd to Mary Allen in 1779. No children from that marriage.

Newspaper article: "Died in Bensalem, on the 24th ultimo (the prior month), Daniel Severns in the 85th year of his age." Bucks County, PA; Democrat and Farmers Gazette, 7 October 1823, volume III:143, page 3, column 5.
