"Volume I: The Woodworth Family of America", by Jeanette Woodward Behan, 1988, page 47. Jedediah #27 Woodworth was recorded as "Woodward" by the Town Clerk when married at Tiverton, Newport Co., RI. He moved from Little Compton to Lebanon, in 1729; however, it is possible he was in Lebanon as early as 1726 as only his first child's birth is recorded at Little Compton."
