Miss Stefane Abeille Demay and David Frost Bartlett were married here yesterday in a civil ceremony at the bride groom's apartment, 125 East 74th Street.
The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Sarda de Caumont of Paris and Gabriel Louis Demay of Toulouse, France.Mr. Bartlett is a son of Mrs. Valentine C. Bartlett of Hobe Sound, Fla., and the late Mr. Bartlett.
Mrs. Bartiett studied at Our Lady of Sion and the Ecole du Louvre, both in Paris.
Her husband, who is with Harris, Upham & Co., invest ment brokers here, was grad uated in 1943 from St. Mark's School in Southboro, Mass., and in 1949 from Yale College, where he was a member of Fence Club and Wolf's Head Society. He served with the Ma rine Corps in the Pacific in World War II.
His marriage to the former Miss Gladys Munn Pulitzer, granddaughter of the late Joseph Pulitzer, the pubIisher, ended in divorce.
